1. To lobby and advocate for electoral reforms that would ensure the credibility of the electoral process and restore the citizens' trust in the Philippine democracy.

2. To conduct public education activities on voters registration, voting, electoral reform and other issues concerning our democratic institutions.

3. To pursue criminal and administrative cases against violators of election laws.

4. To build and strengthen institutional ties among various citizens' arms and other organizations for improved networking, collaboration and coordination of projects and activities.
